Had a great stay. The front desk were very accomodating in assisting me extend my stay multiple times. Only thing that could be improved is a more frequent patrol of the hallways and property. Bins are overfilled and i think house keeping needs a more controlled schedule.

They are really friendly and helpful, provided clear directions and assistance to me upon arrival as I couldn't find the car park. Everything is easily accessible and staff are really really nice and friendly. definitely coming back here one day!!

This is a very good place to stay access to shopping centres and nice and quiet spacious room and amenities are provided everything is in the room. Really appreciated our stay.

A lovely place to stay. Very quiet and the staff were very helpful friendly and courteous.  The room was excellent there is however no in room coffee or tea facilities which was a shame.

We were very comfortable in the room we were given except for the following: 1. No bedside table and light on the left side of the bed. 2. No hand towels.

The property has definitely seen better days and was quite run down with a musky smell. For the price and proximity of where we needed to be whilst in Canberra, it was sufficient.
